Hey There!

Thanks for visiting my site! I established a very small private practice in 2016 with a focus on mindfulness techniques. Mindfulness is a useful modality for anxiety and depression as well as overall stress regulation. It is effective across all age groups.  I provide individual therapy and groups that focus on mindfulness practices such as basic mindfulness stress reduction skills, sound healing techniques, and yoga.  I also have alot of expertise in other therapeutic modalities and across settings (e.g. schools, clinics).  My approach depends on the client's needs and treatement request.  Learn more about my expertise on the "Professional Bio" and "About Me" pages.
