I invite you to take 1 hour for yourself to practice self-compassion using restorative yoga. This session will include guided meditation around the theme of self-compassion with 3-4 poses to help us relax!

About the event

You will need: 1 chair, 2 blankets, 2 blocks or thick books, 2 pillows or bolster, eye mask, & yoga mat as well as the intention to engage in self-care! You must be 18 to register for this event. Participant cameras and audio are turned off when the session starts
