Drop in and release what no longer serves you through allowing your mind and body to restore itself to it's natural equilibrium. Let's create a space for what we want to bring to this season. We will practice 3-4 yoga poses with a guided meditation focused on exploring our creative selves.

About the event

Grab 2-3 pillows or bolsters, 2-3 blankets, yoga mat, eye pillow or towel and an intention that you want to embrace toward being your best self! Have a chair available as well and some water.
